Overheating Value Pack

Why do many engines continue to overheat, especially when there’s no loss of coolant/antifreeze, and it runs fine until more power is required, e.g hitching up a trailer, climbing a mountain range, or increasing the cruising speed a bit? Why does your transmission get so hot when you push it just a little more? Before you spend big dollars fitting –

  • larger radiators with hi-flow cores
  • larger cooling fans
  • extra oil cooler kits
  • performance thermostats

Try a simple though highly effective solution to your engine and/or transmission/driveline overheating problem. Give the Overheating Value Pack a try. You’ll save money and time!

The Overheating Value Pack combines 3 effective products to address the basics of often ignored problems of overheating, including –

  • Blocked radiator tubes, scale and rust build up in the engine’s cooling system
  • Heavily contaminated oil – a major cause of component overheating
  • Sludge and hard carbon on oil-wetted surfaces, causing heat to be retained
  • Frictional heat build-up – increases engine temperature dramatically

The pack contains:

RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment – a very low-cost, extremely effective defense against cooling system failure in all engines. It is a total pour in/drive-away system which extends antifreeze effectiveness, cleans rust and scale, prevents water pump and radiator failure, non-toxic, non-hazardous

AW10 Antiwear – provides a massive strength increase to engine, transmission, and hydraulic oils. Consequently, there is a huge reduction in frictional heat generation in engines, transmissions, differentials, etc.

Flushing Oil Concentrate – dissolves and suspends contaminants, hard carbon and sludge, allowing lubricating oil to flow more freely, dissipating heat, effectively resulting in cooler running temperatures and longer service life. Use at time of oil change.

Overheating Value Pack

Maxodyne Overheating Value Pack SmallThe Overheating Value Pack has been put together to correct the often overlooked, yet very common overheating problems engines and transmissions etc. have due to oil and cooling system issues. Before you spend big dollars fitting larger radiators with hi-flow cores, larger cooling fans, extra oil cooler kits, or performance thermostats, try a simple though highly effective solution. Give the Overheating Value Pack a try. You’ll save money and time!

An often-ignored major cause of overheating

The Overheating Value Pack combines 3 robust products to address the basics of often-ignored problems of overheating arising from oil and cooling system related issues.

  1. Rust, scale and corrosion in the cooling system. A 1/16th-inch layer of rust is capable of cutting an engine’s ability to dissipate heat by as much as 40%. If an engine’s cooling system cannot adequately dissipate that heat because of corrosion or deposit build-up, serious damage can be done to internal engine parts. Water pumps, radiators, heater control valves, and head gaskets etc. are all costly to replace, both in terms of financial and downtime costs.

An engine’s cooling system is often neglected until it becomes a high-cost problem.

RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment – is a low-cost, effective safeguard against cooling system failure. It actually cleans while the engine operates. It inhibits rust, cavitation erosion, electrolysis and pitting. It lubricates water pump seals and thermostats, and it improves cooling properties of the coolant. There is no downtime – just pour it in the radiator and run the engine. RMI-25 should be in every water-cooled engine.

  1. Contaminated oil. Heavily contaminated oil is a major cause of component overheating, especially when the contaminants have formed sludge and hard carbon on oil-wetted surfaces, causing heat to be retained rather than dissipated through the oil. When the oil, whether it be engine, transmission, hydraulic, or differential oil is badly contaminated, frictional heat within the oil is increased dramatically. This causes component temperature to increase excessively, inducing premature wear, deterioration, and subsequent component failure.

The condition of lubricating oil greatly affects temperature and component life.

Flushing Oil Concentrate – safely dissolves and suspends contaminants, hard carbon and sludge, allowing lubricating oil to flow more freely, dissipating heat, effectively resulting in cooler running temperatures and longer service life. Use at time of oil change.

AW10 Antiwear – provides a massive strength increase to engine, transmission and hydraulic oils, resulting in a huge reduction in frictional heat generation, allowing components to remain much cooler, dramatically increasing the service life of the component.

Invest in this very effective product combination – save on the individual purchase cost and save on costly and time consuming repairs resulting from often ignored and hard to find engine, transmission, and driveline overheating problems!

This Value Pack is available in 4 different size combinations:

Mini Pack contains –

  • 8 fl oz RMI-25
  • 16 fl oz AW10 Antiwear
  • 8 fl oz Flushing Oil Concentrate

This pack has been developed to suit most small to medium vehicles/machines having up to approximately 16 quarts (4 gallons/19 liters) of engine oil capacity, and larger capacity transmissions and multiple differentials. 8 fl oz of RMI-25 will treat up to 5 gallons cooling system capacity. Typical vehicles/machines include most passenger cars, 4-wheel drives, many small to medium size pick-up trucks, small agricultural tractors, Bobcats/skidsteers, and similar machines, etc.

Small Pack contains –

  • 8 fl oz RMI-25
  • 32 fl oz AW10 Antiwear
  • 8 fl oz Flushing Oil Concentrate

This Pack is cost effective and suitable for medium vehicles/engines with an engine oil capacity of up to 16 quarts (4 gallons/19 liters). With this Pack, these vehicles or machines can achieve numerous engine oil flushes with the Flushing Oil Concentrate (depending, of course, on engine oil capacity) and have enough AW10 Antiwear to treat the entire oil-lubricated parts of the vehicle – engine, transmission/transaxle, differentials, and transfer case if applicable. 8 fl oz of  RMI-25 will treat up to 5 gallons cooling system capacity. Not only is this Pack particularly popular with many Four-Wheel Drive enthusiasts who often push their vehicles to the limits in extremely harsh conditions, but it is a ‘must-have‘ for operators of medium size pick-up trucks that regularly tow large trailers and 5th wheels. These products really help keep temperatures under control in the engine, transmission (automatic or manual) and differentials, and ensure reliable performance under very heavy working conditions! Typical vehicles/machines include many medium size pick-up trucks, medium size agricultural machines and other off-road vehicles, and similar machines, etc.

Medium Pack contains –

  • 16 fl oz RMI-25
  • 32 fl oz AW10 Antiwear
  • 16 fl oz Flushing Oil Concentrate

This Pack can adequately treat a wide variety of vehicles and machines. There is enough RMI-25 to treat a cooling system up to 8 gallons, and enough Flushing Oil Concentrate to adequately flush up to 32 quarts (8 gallons/38 liters) engine oil capacity, and enough AW10 Antiwear to treat a combination of engines, transmissions, differentials, final drives, and hydraulics on many heavy duty, hardworking vehicles and machines.

Large Pack contains –

  • 32 fl oz RMI-25
  • 1 gallon AW10 Antiwear
  • 32 fl oz Flushing Oil Concentrate

This very popular Pack is just right for all larger vehicles/engines with an engine oil capacity of up to 64 quarts (16 gallons/76 liters), and large capacity transmissions (automatic or manual), differentials, final drives, transfer cases, and hydraulics. This Pack is appropriate for large heavy duty, hard-working vehicles and machinery, e.g. full-size trucks, 18-Wheelers, earthmoving and excavating machinery, cranes, large off-road machines, construction vehicles, etc.
