FTC Decarbonizer
A unique and remarkably effective fuel combustion catalyst for both diesel and gasoline engines, FTC Decarbonizer effectively and safely burns off (oxidizes) hard baked-on carbon from combustion and exhaust spaces. Perfect for unsticking compression rings and deglazing engines as they operate, de-coking turbochargers, Exhaust Gas Recirculation valves (EGR) and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), reducing emissions, stopping smoke and restoring power! It also destroys diesel bug.
The benefits of using FTC Decarbonizer include prolonged engine life, extended turbocharger life, reduced emissions, reduced exhaust smoke, reduced oil use and engine blow-by, increased fuel mileage, just to name a few. Find out more...
“I’ve been using your products for coming up 3 years, and I’m amazed at how strong my Freightliner still is. It just keeps running with no problems, and I believe it’s your products that are keeping it that way. Not once have I been pulled up on the side of the road, not once!! The FTC Decarbonizer, Flushing Oil Concentrate and ULS Diesel Enhancer do a great job. I haven’t touched the injectors at all, oil pressure is strong all the time, engine runs smooth and strong, the initial blowby settled down and has never come back. Thanks for great products, I really believe in them.”
Howard B. Monroe, TN
Yes! FTC Decarbonizer really works! It has been used for decades by every kind of vehicle and machinery operator, including large mining and trucking operations, as well small everyday car and truck owners, and has shown that it reduces or eliminates many costly problems associated with engine operation, i.e. engine blow-by, exhaust smoke, Diesel Particulate Filter problems, power loss, heavy exhaust emissions etc. Find out more...
Yes, it does. FTC Decarbonizer is a unique combustion catalyst. During the fuel combustion process, it oxidizes hard carbon from combustion and exhaust spaces, including turbos and DPF’s, and the hard-carbon buildup on cylinder walls that is refered to as "cylinder glaze". The oxidization process really will deglaze cylinders as the engine operates. Find out more here...
FTC Decarbonizer is a result of research scientists working on organo-metallic materials to act as an octane booster in gasoline, decades ago. Their work concentrated on a group of chemicals classified as metal-based combustion catalysts. One chemical in particular proved extremely interesting to them - they discovered that the addition of trace amounts of this chemical (56 parts per billion) to automotive fuel improved combustion efficiency by measurable amounts. This was the beginning of FTC Decarbonizer. Find out more here...
FTC Decarbonizer has been scientifically tested and analyzed over many years. Research and test facilities include: University of California, Los Angeles(UCLA), CA 1971, Brigham Young University, UT, University of Perugia, ITALY, Southwest Research Institute (SWRI) TX, and many others. FTC Decarbonizer modifies the chemistry of the fuel combustion process, to accelerate the fuel burn (explosion) and oxidize existing combustion chamber and exhaust system carbon. This action is harmless to engine components and is a progressive action, working first on the easier, softer deposits, and eventually on stubborn hard carbon that would normally have to be chiselled off at overhaul. Excessive engine oil use is often caused by glazed cylinders, stuck compression rings, and blocked oil-control rings. A build-up of carbon deposits creates these problems and allows engine oil to get into the combustion chamber where it is burned, which only produces more harmful carbon deposits. The solution is to safely and effectively eliminate these baked-on deposits with FTC Decarbonizer and Flushing Oil Concentrate. Find out more...
“Just a note to say the truck (5.9 Cummins) is running much better and smoother. The oil is still normal and clean after 600-plus miles, oil consumption is much lower now as well, and fuel eco is up. The Blow-by Pack has worked as you said it would. Thanks!”
Marc M, Chico, CA
In the large majority of cases, cylinder glaze is carbon build-up in the cylinder cross-hatch grooves. This hard carbon, a result of poor or inefficient combustion, builds up over time in the cross hatch micro grooves of the cylinder, and becomes mirror smooth due to the piston ring's polishing effect. In the past, the only way to deglaze cylinders meant a complete engine tear-down. However, a better alternative is to use FTC Decarbonizer in the fuel. It is a safe, very low-cost, and completely effective method of oxidizing (burning off) carbon deposits, including cylinder glaze, piston ring groove deposits, etc. Over the years, thousands of engines have been spared from an engine rebuild by using FTC Decarbonizer. When many engines are rebuilt to overcome problems such as excessive oil use, low compression, and blow-by, etc., it is very often found that they are not excessively worn, but are only heavily carboned-up, particularly on the cylinder bores and in the ring grooves. These are the types of engines that can be effectively recovered with FTC Decarbonizer - preventing a rebuild, saving valuable time and hard-earned money. Find out more here...
“My Peterbilt 389 with the ISX-15 was burning tons of oil and had bad blowby. It’s got around 500,000 miles on it. I was going through about 3 gallons of oil every 1400 miles. So I started using the FTC Decarbonizer I got from you, hoping I wouldn’t have to get a rebuild. Within about a month the blowby had slowed down a lot! And the oil burning is right down too, now I only need to take 1 gallon of oil with me instead of 3 or 4 gallons. I’m confident that will improve more as I keep using the FTC Decarbonizer. I’ll use the Flushing Oil Concentrate in about 3,000 miles when the oil change is due. Hoping that’ll tidy up the last of the oil burning. Thanks for your help.”
Steve B. San Diego, CA
Stuck piston rings are caused by carbon deposits in the ring grooves. Hard carbon deposits, a result of deficient combustion efficiency, accumulate in the ring grooves and in effect cement the rings into the grooves. This problem almost entirely prevents the rings from sealing adequately against the cylinder walls and often causes low compression, loss of engine power, excessive oil use, exhaust smoke, and blow-by. In the past, the only way to free up stuck piston rings was to overhaul the engine. However, a proven alternative is to use FTC Decarbonizer. It is a totally safe, very low cost, and a completely effective method of oxidizing (burning off) carbon deposits in piston ring grooves as well as cylinder glaze, injector carbon, etc. Thousands of engines have avoided expensive mechanical overhaul by using this unique fuel catalyst. “I’ve got a 2011 Chev Express van with the 6.6 Duramax. It had been gradually getting lower on power over time and just wasn’t running the way it used to. I put it down to stuck rings and a slow turbo. I ran your FTC Decarbonizer and for a while and nothing seemed to change. But around about a thousand miles of using it, it suddenly started to run so much better and had a huge boost in power. I had done nothing else to it except add the FTC Decarbonizer. Now it runs probably as good as it ever did, if not better! I figure it just took a while to burn off all the carbon around the rings and on the turbo. Very happy with the result. It’s much cheaper than an overhaul or a new turbo. By the way, I’m a diesel mechanic. A bunch of my customers are now using it and seeing the same results. Thanks for a great product.”
David R, Hillsborough, NJ
Forced DPF regenerations often cause some of the excess fuel required for regenerations to get past the piston rings into the engine oil. This causes excessive fuel dilution of the oil, which is bad for any modern diesel engine. Often, forced 'regens' also promote diesel soot backing up into the engine, causing damage to the turbocharger and fuel injectors. Here's a very good solution...
“2013 Freightliner box truck with the small 6, at least 1 forced regen a day, sometimes 2. Mostly city work, only a little highway. 584,000 miles on the clock. Had to park up about 30 minutes each time. The FTC Decarbonizer worked really good. By day 2 the forced regens completely stopped. Another thing, the white exhaust smoke that was always there for a few miles first thing has also completely stopped. Great result. Many thanks.”
John H, Naperville, IL
“2014 Cummins ISX, done just over 785,000 miles. Was doing DPF regens all the time. Soot levels always showed high. Started using FTC Decarbonizer, and now after about a gallon of it, the regens have all but stopped, and the soot levels have dropped dramatically. Now lower than I can remember. Works great with DPF regens.“
Josh H, Merrillville, IN
FTC Decarbonizer causes all carbon in combustion and exhaust spaces, including any soot trapped in the DPF, to combust and be eliminated at temperatures as low as 575⁰F to 750⁰F (300°C to 400°C) – a temperature readily reached by diesel engines. Find out more…
Yes, FTC Decarbonizer is a genuine biocide and a lot safer to use compared to some other biocides! It will kill the diesel bug – diesel growths (bacteria, fungi, algae) quickly, and most importantly with little or no fuel filter clogging issues! Find out more…
Yes! It’s a great idea to use FTC Decarbonizer and Cleanpower (or ULS Diesel Enhancer) together! They do different jobs, yet they work remarkably well together in overcoming many potentially costly engine problems – excessive exhaust smoke, engine blow-by, low performance/fuel mileage, etc. ULS Diesel Enhancer is a diesel-only formulation; not to be used in gasoline-powered engines. It is not necessary to use ULS Diesel Enhancer and Cleanpower together. Find out more…
Diesel engines are often harder to start in winter. This hard start condition is very often due to engine deposit build-up. Over time, internal engine deposits continually build up and very often have an adverse effect on many areas of engine performance, especially cold starting. Here’s a solution…
“I was getting a ton of exhaust smoke from my Yanmar 4-cylinder turbo diesel boat engine. Especially on cold start, it was really hard to fire up, and when it did, so much white smoke! It’s a 2010 with only 1800 hours, I don’t think it has ever worked hard. I fitted new injectors hoping to fix it, but the problems stayed. I ordered the FTC Decarbonizer and really soon it all started to improve. I’ve only run it about 3 hours so far, but already it is running so much smoother and quieter, the exhaust smoke has all but disappeared completely, and even though it’s snowing here right now, mid-winter Seattle, the engine starts right up immediately with NO white exhaust smoke! Many thanks, good product!”
Shawn M, Seattle, WA
The hard-starting problem with diesel engines can often be fixed by using FTC Decarbonizer in the fuel. It acts as a highly effective combustion catalyst to ignite fuel much more easily during cold starts. It also safely and effectively oxidizes (burns off) hard carbon deposits from combustion and exhaust spaces, including cylinder glaze and piston ring groove carbon - increasing cylinder compression. Find out more here...
The color of engine exhaust smoke and when it occurs can tell you a lot about your engine’s condition. Basically, there are three types of exhaust smoke – black exhaust smoke, blue exhaust smoke, and white exhaust smoke. Though each type of exhaust smoke has a story to tell, visible exhaust smoke is an indication that things are not right with your engine, and could be a sign of expensive repairs ahead. There’s a cost effective solution to exhaust smoke problems! Find out more…
White smoke is caused by unburnt diesel fuel leaving the combustion chamber and entering the exhaust system. When white smoke occurs at cold start and then disappears as the engine warms up, the most common causes are fouling deposits around piston rings and/or cylinder glazing. That’s not a good sign! Usually the smoke problems your engine is exhibiting can be solved by using FTC Decarbonizer, Flushing Oil Concentrate, Cleanpower (or ULS Diesel Enhancer). These products are proven to be highly effective at fixing most exhaust smoke problems, especially the particular problem of white smoke on cold starts. Find out more...
“My 1978 Blue Bird Wanderlodge had been having a white exhaust smoke problem for quite a long time, and it was slowly getting worse, and it just ran rough. It didn’t miss, and the power seemed normal. It has the Cat 3208 engine, with only 100,000 original miles. It sits a lot, I don’t drive it as much as I’d like. About a year ago I had the fuel pump rebuilt. Anyway, I bought the Stop Smoke Diesel Pack, and started using the Diesel Enhancer right away. I then used the Oil Flush. After driving for just a little while the white exhaust smoke has cut right back to almost nothing now, and the engine is certainly running much better, smoother and quieter. I’ve started adding the FTC Decarbonizer to the fuel also, and I expect it will continue to improve even more. Many thanks for these great products, they’ve honestly helped a lot.“
(Stop Smoke Diesel Pack contains FTC Decarbonizer, ULS Diesel Enhancer, and Flushing Oil Concentrate)
Manzie L, Naples, FL
“I got FTC Decarbonizer and AW10 Antiwear for my 2019 Ram 3500 Cummins 6.7 with a 6-speed Aisin transmission. I tow a fifth-wheel trailer hauling 40-foot shipping containers from site to site, anywhere from Utah to Colorado and every place in between. The main problems were it would blow white exhaust smoke for a while on cold morning starts and was noticeably getting low on power. The other problem was it would slam hard down into 4th gear from 5th. After using the Decarbonizer in the fuel, pretty soon the white exhaust smoke completely stopped, and I noticed a lift in power, especially through the mountains. And the 4th gear slam also stopped with the AW10 in the transmission. Everything is really smooth now, the engine runs nice and smooth, idles nice, and the transmission is running cooler and smoother changes. The products have made a real difference. Thanks.“
Wylie A, UT
Exhaust smoke is an engine symptom to be concerned about. It indicates that an engine is not running right, and its service life is likely to be shortened considerably unless something is done to address the problem. The important thing to do is to see it as an opportunity to take measures that will save you money in both the long and short term. The good news is that before spending a lot of money having fuel injectors replaced, fuel pumps overhauled, turbochargers replaced, or an engine rebuild, often there is a cost-effective way to stop the exhaust smoke problems your engine is having. Usually the problem can be solved by using FTC Decarbonizer, Flushing Oil Concentrate, and Cleanpower (or ULS Diesel Enhancer). Find out more...
“My 2008 Chevrolet Duramax, with only 129,000 miles, was running badly and intermittently blowing clouds of black smoke at highway speeds. It had bad power loss above 65 mph – usually no throttle response above this speed. Also, it felt and sounded like the turbo was constantly surging at any speed. Over the last couple months I’ve been using FTC Decarbonizer and ULS Diesel Enhancer in the diesel, and it has made a tremendous difference! No black smoke! Running so much smoother, full power again, and I’m getting 2.5 mpg better fuel mileage! I’m looking forward to the results I get from the Flushing Oil Concentrate. Great products that do as you said they would. Really appreciate your help.”

“I did the oil flush with great results as far as noticeable sludge. While not 100% free of sludge (oil now has slight dark grey tinge, but does not stain fingers when rubbing together), but the difference before and after is really striking, great product! The performance and lowering amount of smoke at start up are noticeable & engine seems quieter.
Other than sludgy oil, my main concern was a bit of blue haze I’m getting driving up grades when the engine is under load. I believe I am burning a bit of oil, not noticeable on the dipstick level or anything, but that blue haze is a tell-tale sign. After the flush, the blue haze was only just noticeable, but I think it may be as I drive more, it’s possibly improving (Cleanpower working?) I am not even half way through my first tank of fuel, as I haven’t been driving tons.
Yes I do want the FTC Decarbonizer!”
Christian K, Oakland, CA
The fuel additive products, Cleanpower and ULS Diesel Enhancer, both improve fuel stored for a long time as they reduce fuel oxidization and degradation, as well as resultant fuel system fouling. In addition, FTC Decarbonizer can also be added to assist in burning aged gasoline and diesel cleanly, along with protecting against diesel bug! Find out more...

“Prior to using FTC Decarbonizer and Cleanpower in my 2011 Kawasaki KLR650, if I did not empty the fuel tank and drain the carburetor when I’d set it up for the winter months, it would always mean a carburetor teardown and clean, and most often, new gas as the old stuff had gone stale by the Spring. Using these products has now totally eliminated that process. I can set the bike up for winter without doing the draining process, then hit the start button in Spring, and it’ll fire right up first time and run as though it’s only been sitting for a week. But here’s an amazing thing – due to circumstances, the bike sat up 2 and a half years without being started. Carburetor was not drained and the gas tank was over half full. Come this Spring, I finally was able to get back to it. I replaced the battery because it was dead beyond help. I was certain it wouldn’t start, knowing for sure the gas would be stale and the carburetor jets would be blocked up, but I hit the button anyway, just to see. A bit of choke and within about 7 seconds it was running sweetly. Amazing! Within 30 minutes I was out riding it with no problems at all. Full rev range, no coughs, no sputters, sweet acceleration, idles smoothly. I’ve never seen or heard of a fuel stabilizer that works so well. A bunch of my friends use these products in their bikes, ATVs and UTVs and they all have told me the same story. Terrific results all round!”

Combustion efficiency in all engines can be increased to 'as-new' levels simply by restoring the combustion chamber and associated components to original condition. This is done simply by using FTC Decarbonizer as recommended and ensuring fuel delivery systems are also kept in 'as new' condition. Here's a solution...

Yes! These products are suitable and recommended for new vehicles. The sooner they are used, the sooner they start protecting your vehicles, and the longer they’ll last and stay at peak performance and efficiency.
Generally, start using AW10 Antiwear after the first oil change in engines to allow some initial bed-in to occur. For all other components, AW10 Antiwear can be used from new. Also, use FTC Decarbonizer, Cleanpower, ULS Diesel Enhancer and Marine Diesel Stabilizer from new to maintain your vehicle or machine in the best condition possible, prolonging its life and reducing costly preventable repairs.
These products are highly concentrated liquids; exceeding the recommended dosage is unnecessary. Here is general information about each product...
FTC Decarbonizer: No concerns with overdosing.
Flushing Oil Concentrate: No concerns with overdosing.
ULS Diesel Enhancer: If severe overdosing occurs, there is minimal risk of any engine fault. There is a slight possibility of a little white smoke from the exhaust until the ratio returns to the recommended dose. In extreme cases, refuel the tank more frequently to help return to the correct dosage recommended.
Cleanpower: No concerns with overdosing.
AW10 Antiwear: If extreme overdosing occurs, replace oil and add AW10 Antiwear to recommended levels.
Marine Diesel Stabilizer: There is very minimal risk of any engine fault, even if extreme overdosing occurs. A little white smoke may be evident from the exhaust until the ratio is returned to the recommended rate. In extreme cases, refuel the tank more frequently to help return to the correct dosage recommended.
Again, these products are highly concentrated liquids; exceeding the recommended treat rate is unnecessary.

“200,000 miles on the build, this engine puts out 650 hp and 1650 lb/ft of torque, the dipstick is after one treatment of your Flushing Oil (Concentrate) treatment product. I thought I was rolling the dice when I got your products and would never have believed this. There it is right there, in the picture, the dipstick after it was run up and warmed and driven for about 10 miles. Can’t wait to see what the rest of the product FTC Decarbonizer will do for my truck as well as the fleet of equipment that I take care of. I’m sure we will be a customer for many years to come. I manage a fleet of equipment here in Colorado. I took the dipstick down and showed it to the owner because, well, you just have to see it to believe it.”
Phil P, CO
Flushing Oil Concentrate is the most effective and safe treatment in removing harmful and performance-draining sludge, hard carbon, soot and other contaminants and deposits from oil-wetted engine components. It contains a highly concentrated selection of specific detergents and dispersants (not abrasive and corrosive solvents), which enable lubricating oils to pick up and suspend deposits as a fine dispersion. In such a way, sludge, gum, dirt and wear metals are removed with the oil change. By following the recommended treatment instructions, the very best possible results from Flushing Oil Concentrate can be achieved. Treatment instructions are included with the product, as well as online. Find out more...
“Just thought I’d send you a picture of the dipstick approximately 700 miles after we did the engine oil flush with the Flushing Oil Concentrate. The oil is still so clean I can hardly see it on the dipstick. I am still amazed at how well it cleaned out the sludge and other muck in my 2010 Chevrolet Cruze Diesel. I’d never thought diesel oil could be so clean. Amazing result. Many thanks.”
Brian M, Logan, UT
Flushing Oil Concentrate is remarkably effective in dissolving and suspending contaminants in oil. When used as recommended, when the existing engine oil is brought to operating temperature and then drained, many existing, oil-borne contaminants are carried out of the engine with the old oil. By then adding new/clean oil to the engine, along with Flushing Oil Concentrate, it significantly increases the capacity of the oil (the carrier for the contaminants) to suspend and carry more of the dissolved and suspended sludge and carbon deposits out of the engine. Some engines have a very large accumulation of sludge to remove, consequently, the cleaner the 'carrier' oil is, the better the overall result. You'll be surprised! Find out more...

"I tried the Flushing Oil Concentrate on my 2016 F250 6.7 with 180k miles. I've never seen a clean dipstick on that engine as diesels are well known for dirty oil. You have to do two oil changes but after carefully following the directions I saw a oil color I've only ever seen on brand new engines. I even thought that I didn't have enough oil in the engine, it wasn't until I realized the oil was clear that I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. If you want to clean your engine to make it last, this is the product for you!"
David, Knoxville, TN
No, it doesn’t matter when you use the Flushing Oil Concentrate. If you’re close to the time of a scheduled oil change, you can wait until that time comes around. But if that is still a long way off, it is recommended to do the flush as soon as is convenient, just to get the full effect of what you are striving to achieve, as soon as possible. FTC Decarbonizer and Flushing Oil Concentrate do different jobs, but they work extremely well together in overcoming a host of problems; blow-by and excessive oil burning being major ones. If you have both products available, it is recommended to start using the FTC Decarbonizer in the fuel as soon as possible and carry out the engine oil flush as soon as is convenient.
The lower ‘oil control’ ring on the piston gets pretty sludged and blocked over time, and that contributes to blowby/oil burning/carbon by-products etc. Flushing Oil Concentrate will de-sludge the oil control ring groove as well as the ‘drain-back’ slots in the piston ring groove. This action restores correct oil control on the cylinder walls.
Some engines that are badly sludged up sometimes need a second, follow-up flush in about 600 – 1000 miles (10 – 12 hours) from the first initial, concentrated flush. Instructions about this are on the Flushing Oil Concentrate Instruction Sheet. A good way to tell if a second, follow-up flush is needed is to check the color of the engine oil at about 500-ish miles since the initial flush. If the oil is once again very dark or even black at that time, the follow-up flush is recommended. If the oil isn’t super dirty and gritty looking, you can safely assume that the system is good and clean from the initial flush and you can just plan to use the Flushing Oil Concentrate with the next scheduled routine oil change. Information about that is also on the Instruction Sheet that is included with the product.
Many 'off-the-shelf' engine flushes use solvents to aggressively attack engine sludge. These 'cleaning agents' have the potential to adversely affect specially coated bearings and pistons, seals, O-rings and other elastomers inside an engine, as well as the likely inherent corrosive and abrasive effects of typical solvents. Flushing Oil Concentrate is much safer. It uses a specifically formulated detergent reagent, similar to that found in high quality automotive oils. However, its exclusive composition specifically targets heavier deposit molecules, such as hard baked-on carbon and heavy persistent sludge, as well as the more easily removed deposits. When used as recommended, Flushing Oil Concentrate cannot harm your engine. Nothing comes close. Seriously! Find out more...
“Got the Blowby Pack a few months ago for my 60 Series Detroit, and did the engine oil flush soon after. I think its incredible how much sludge and other material the flush got out. I kept a sample of the original oil, then compared it to the oil that came out 45 minutes later (the flush treated oil), and it’s incredible how black it was! I couldn’t tell the difference between the 2 oil samples! 45 minutes earlier that had been new, clean oil. My mechanic was amazed at what he saw! Now, a few months later, the oil is still looking good, though starting to turn darker now. But it feels clean when I rub it between my fingers. The oil pressure increased and has stayed there over the time. It’s running good. I’m happy with the overall improvement. I want to keep this truck for a while yet. The FTC Decarbonizer will help that. Thanks for all your help.”
Oliver L. Windsor, ON, Canada
Lubricating oil has 2 often-overlooked, yet very important functional requirements – It has to COOL and it has to CLEAN the engine components it is in contact with. Full, unrestricted flow of clean oil to all engine components is essential to provide proper cooling and lubricating benefits to the engine. A highly effective way to keep an engine cool is to remove all sludge and oil contaminants by regularly using Flushing Oil Concentrate at scheduled oil change intervals. Nothing else matches it. Engine oil cleanliness is vital to the life of an engine! When sludge builds up inside an engine, it restricts the flow of vital oil through the oil filter and oil galleries and subsequently to all lubricated engine components. Ultimately, this restricted and contaminated oil supply can lead to complete engine failure. Use remarkably effective and totally safe Flushing Oil Concentrate as recommended to completely remove the most persistent engine sludge and all hard baked-on carbon to restore pristine cleanliness to all oil-wetted parts of the engine. It’s more than just a rinse; it’s a full-on, heavy-duty, safe-to-use cleaner. Nothing else matches it. Seriously! Find out more here…
“I’ve always done oil changes on our 2006 Silverado 6.6 Duramax on schedule, often around the 5,000 mile mark. I’m a bit of a stickler for conscientious maintenance with it, and believed that regular oil changes using brand name synthetic oil would be sufficient to keep the engine clean. Turns out I was quite mistaken. I heard about Flushing Oil Concentrate from my father who uses it on a number of his vehicles, and thought I’d get some and give the Duramax a flush, not really expecting much. When I did the flush, I was astounded at the amount of sludge and muck that came out with the old oil! I had no idea it could be as contaminated as that! I’m converted! Flushing Oil Concentrate will continue to be an integral part of my oil changes in the future, it’s a must-have…”

Engine oil cleanliness is vital to the life of an engine! Any sludge can restrict the flow of oil to critical engine components, causing component failure and ultimately, an expensive engine overhaul. By using remarkably effective Flushing Oil Concentrate as recommended, it will effectively remove the most persistent engine sludge and all hard baked on carbon to restore pristine cleanliness to all oil-wetted parts of the engine. It’s more than just a rinse; it’s a full-on, heavy-duty, entirely safe-to-use de-sludger and cleaner. Find out more...
“I just bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 with the Cummins 5.9 with 211,000 miles. It had no service history, the oil looked the worst I’d ever seen, really black and gritty. I used the Flushing Oil Concentrate like you said, and I was was shocked at what came out with the flush, there was so much sludge and who knows what. The oil now is much better, but still is a little dirty, so I’m planning on doing a follow up flush in about 500 miles to get it completely cleaned up.”
J.D. LA
The engine oil light comes on when your engine suffers a drop in pressure at the oil pressure sensor. Apart from a faulty oil pressure sensor, the problem can be caused by:
- insufficient oil pressure leaving the oil pump. Without enough oil pressure, the engine can't lubricate itself sufficiently. If the engine continues to be operated, it will totally seize and be destroyed.
- oil sludge build-up within the oil distribution circuits of the engine, causing a restriction of oil supply to vital engine components.

“Our old, yet mostly reliable 1997 Astro van has had a progressively worsening
low oil pressure problem for a long time. At idle, oil pressure sat around 30psi, and at higher RPM, it could only manage just over 40psi. Highly recommended by a friend, I did the engine flush with Flushing Oil Concentrate. The very first start with new oil, and immediately the oil pressure at idle was 55psi. At highway RPM it now sits solidly on 60psi. I couldn’t be happier with the result! Awesome product, awesome result. Thanks.”

Manufacturers of many modern passenger car and light truck engines recommend extended oil drain intervals; 12,000 to 15,000 miles is not uncommon. It’s almost impossible for these engines to operate for such extended intervals without forming engine-destroying sludge in the lubricating system. The solution to this problem is to use Flushing Oil Concentrate at every oil change - a very small price compared to the costs of engine damage due to inadequate lubrication caused by sludge and other contaminants in the engine oil.

Engine-destroying sludge accumulates in the oil over time, often a result of carbon contaminants (combustion waste) entering the oil, as well as extended oil drain intervals coupled with poor maintenance schedules. A very safe, highly effective, low cost way of removing engine-destroying sludge is to use Flushing Oil Concentrate at every oil change. Flushing Oil Concentrate dissolves and suspends all sludge deposits (even the hard, baked-on type) within the engine. Find out more…
Flushing Oil Concentrate reduces oil use markedly by providing a clean seal for piston rings against ring grooves and the cylinder walls. It also reduces oil use by unblocking the drain-back segments of oil-control rings. Very few exceptions occur, unless severe wear or damage exists. We recommend prudence when flushing gasoline engines from the 1980s and earlier, as they can be more likely to burn oil if they have had a poor maintenance history. Find out more…
The color of engine exhaust smoke and when it occurs can tell you a lot about your engine’s condition.

Thanks.“

ULS Diesel Enhancer
ULS Diesel Enhancer is an extremely safe and highly effective, heavy duty, complete diesel fuel system cleaner and conditioner. It thoroughly cleans, lubricates and protects High Pressure Injection diesel fuel systems (CRDi, HPCR and HEUI) running today’s Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel. Not only does it clean and restore failing injectors, it also boosts diesel fuel lubricity – saving High Pressure Injection diesel engines from the notorious and very expensive-to-repair “Injector Rattle“, and many other problems that stem from our modern diesel fuel. Perfect for all types of diesel engines. Find out more…
One of the main causes of decreasing fuel economy/gas mileage and sluggish performance from modern engines is fouled fuel injectors – both gasoline and diesel. By adding Cleanpower Fuel Treatment and Fuel Injector Cleaner to the fuel tank, either gasoline or diesel, with its extremely effective detergents and dispersants (not corrosive and abrasive solvents), it will effectively clean fouled fuel injectors, quickly restoring performance and fuel mileage that has deteriorated over time. Find out more…
Common problems with modern Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel systems are:
- Blocked injectors caused by contaminants – incorrect spray patterns cause a host of
problems including loss of engine power, poor performance, excessive diesel exhaust smoke, excessive fuel consumption.
- Seized or sticking injectors due to lack of lubrication – caused by Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel fuel, produces over-fueling which creates detonation inside the combustion chamber. If not corrected, it will result in melted pistons.
- Noisy, rattling injectors - low inherent lubricity of Ultra Low Sulfur diesel causes diesel injectors to often operate well below specifications, and can often cause extreme engine damage.

No. Our fuel treatments/additives all mix easily and will not settle out from the fuel, even over prolonged periods. In addition, FTC Decarbonizer and Marine Diesel Stabilizer control microbial fuel growths in fuel, subsequently prolonging the life of the fuel to which it is added. As a fuel catalyst, FTC Decarbonizer enhances the combustion process of fuel, both gasoline, and, more particularly, diesel, which helps "old" fuel ignite and combust faster and more efficiently.

“I got the AW10 Antiwear for my old Jeep Wrangler. It’s old but in great shape. I’ve driven it across the country and back, I take it off road a lot, and I take really good care of it, but I’ve noticed over time the gear changes getting worse – slower and erratic erratic at times. I replaced the fluid, but that didn’t help. It’s then that I added the Antiwear to it, and immediately it improved incredibly! Gear shifts were like brand new, so smooth and quiet. It feels like a different vehicle. Really, an incredible improvement.“

Thanks.“

Oil wears out, or, more technically, 'breaks down' when the internal heat of an engine, transmission or driveline etc, causes a chemical reaction in the lubricating oil, which causes the oil's viscosity to change. Simply, when an engine, transmission or hydraulic system heats up beyond a certain temperature threshold, the lubricating oil will begin to wear out, break down or degrade. This breakdown has many serious damaging effects. Find out more...
Transmission heat is generated from 2 sources. Firstly, frictional heat occurs when the oil film is ruptured allowing metal-to-metal contact. Secondly, heat is generated through fluid friction caused by the constant churning of the oil during operation. AW10 Antiwear is formulated to deliver tremendous improvement in lubricant load carrying ability, wear reduction, and friction and heat abatement. Semi trucks see reductions in gearbox and diff temperatures of 15 to 25˚F (9.5°C to 32°C). Find out more here…
Increase the load carrying capacity of your oil, whether it be engine, transmission, final drive or hydraulic oil. AW10 Antiwear multiplies the oil’s load carrying ability without increasing its viscosity (or drag). This Oil Enhancer carries a much higher load than the oil itself is capable of; making every lubricated part more protected, efficient and wear resistant. And importantly, AW10 Antiwear does not alter the viscosity of the oil. Find out more...

RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment
RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment is a very low-cost, extremely effective defense against cooling system failure in all liquid-cooled engines. It is a total pour-in/drive-away system that removes rust, scale and corrosion, prolongs component life, prevents water pump and radiator failures.
- Cleans radiators, engine blocks, heater cores, hoses
- Inhibits rust, mineral deposits, erosion, pitting
- Lubricates water pump seals, heater control valves, thermostats
- Conditions coolant for better heat transfer

Yes! Among a host of other things, RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment restores the rust/corrosion inhibitor additives of the antifreeze/coolant that have degraded over time and have lost their ability to prevent rust and corrosion in the system. The inherent ‘freeze up’ protection properties of antifreeze do not degrade, and remain viable. Find out more …
You will see corrosion material floating on the surface of the coolant fluid at the radiator cap neck or in the coolant recovery tank. It can be flushed away by overflowing the radiator at the cap or coolant recovery tank. In extremely rusted systems in which rust penetration has occurred, the effectual cleaning action may reveal a leak. Quality stop-leak is recommended to seal such openings. If the leak persists, see a radiator specialist for mechanical intervention. Find out more…
The rust, mineral, and other deposits that RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment dissolves become a soft, floating harmless material in the cooling liquid. These deposits are purged from the system into the coolant recovery tank. On large diesel engines, the deposits are safely caught in the coolant filter where they can be manually removed when the filter is replaced. Where no recovery tank or filter is used, it may be necessary to drain the radiator. Find out more …
Yes! Over 60% of water pump failures are caused by seal leakage. Normally, granulated rust and minerals circulate in the cooling system, acting as a grinding compound on your water pump seal and shaft, ultimately resulting in water pump failure. RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment dissolves these granules into a soft harmless matter, and as the engine operates, the dissolved solids will safely purge out of the system and into the coolant recovery tank (if fitted). Find out more…
Yes! RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment contains an active, concentrated Oxygen Scavenger component that binds the dissolved oxygen in an inert chemical reaction and eliminates it. This distinct action greatly reduces the potentially catastrophic damage caused by cavitation corrosion – the source of cylinder liner pitting. Find out more…
RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment is compatible with all forms of antifreeze, including high- and low-silicate versions, as well as propylene glycol and ethylene glycol. When used with waterless, alcohol-based coolant the overall benefits of RMI-25 and the coolant may be reduced. RMI-25 can be used in all types of radiators and is safe for all metal, metal finishes, and aluminum engines. RMI-25 is especially recommended to use with all classes of ‘water wetters’, as its highly concentrated formula not only improves heat absorption and transfer further, but also genuinely prevents corrosion. Find out more…
Yes it is! RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment is a perfect Supplemental Coolant Additive!
What is a Supplemental Coolant Additive (SCA)?
SCAs, or Supplemental Coolant Additives, are solutions added to the coolant stream to provide, as the name suggests, supplemental anti-corrosion and cavitation (or liner pitting) protection for diesel engines having pressed-in wet sleeve cylinders. Liner pitting is a significant and very costly problem in heavy-duty diesel-engine vehicles.
SCA is required in all diesel engines with wet sleeves (press-in cylinder liners). We recommend RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment as an SCA for all diesel and gasoline engine cooling systems, whether they have wet-sleeve liners or not. SCA should be added to your antifreeze solution based on diagnostic testing results.
Other, conventional SCAs, that contain silicate, borate/nitrite or molybdate/nitrite/phosphate are designed to inhibit cavitation, erosion, corrosion, and scale formation. These conventional additives can be applied in a few ways; either bottled liquid added directly to the cooling system via the radiator or coolant recovery tank, or via a SCA coolant filter, or both. In these instances, testing for correct SCA content must be done on a regularly scheduled basis, and the correct amount of conventional SCA added as needed, based on the cooling system capacity and test results.
Note: Other SCAs do not contain a cleaner and their inherent rust and oxidation inhibitor will only work effectively in a clean system. Many users of conventional SCA’s often overdose their contaminated cooling system in an attempt to increase its effectiveness. The overdose issue results in an overcharged system and can cause cooling system problems (green goo/additive dropout and solder bloom). It is critical that a test MUST BE DONE and the correct amount of SCA be used. But the issue of an unclean cooling system remains…
RMI-25 contains a very effective system cleaner and does not use silicates, borates, nitrites, or molybdate/nitrite/phosphate chemistry which are found in most SCAs. These elements can be harmful to the environment, and depleted/used conventional SCA coolant/antifreeze must be managed as a hazardous waste. RMI-25 eliminates the many problems which can occur with products adopting these chemicals in their formulation. Find out more…
RMI-25 does not have an exact shelf life. If the bottle remains sealed, the product stays perfectly viable for over a year. Once the bottle is opened, it may slowly lose its effectiveness – primarily the oxygen scavenger component. It may also thicken as time progresses, though this isn’t a problem as it dilutes with the coolant or cooling system water. Using older RMI-25 will not be harmful in any way, but it just may not work as well as newer product.
How do I use RMI-25?
Very simply! Pour the recommended dose of RMI-25 into the radiator and run the engine. You may have to remove some coolant/antifreeze to allow the space for the required amount of RMI-25. Radiator draining and refilling are usually not required.
How quickly does RMI-25 work?
When added to coolant at the recommended dose rate, RMI-25 will clean dirty and corroded cooling systems in approximately 15 hours of normal operation.
How often do I check RMI-25 in my cooling system?
It’s important to test the pH level and if necessary, re-treat your cooling system with RMI-25 every 15,000 miles (24,000 Km) or 300 hours. pH levels must be set between 8.2 - 10. Test with pH strips. Add RMI-25 if acidic.
Can I add too much RMI-25 to Antifreeze?
If RMI-25 is added periodically to ensure the correct pH level of the cooling system is maintained, the freeze point of the antifreeze may be affected by the dilution. It is recommended to check the freeze point during routine maintenance procedures.
Does RMI-25 extend cooling system longevity?
Yes! There is nothing you can get on the market today that does a better job of keeping the cooling system 100% efficient; extending the life of all system components, and reducing maintenance and repair costs than RMI-25.
How much RMI-25 do I use in racing applications?
When freezing protection is not required, mix 32-64 fl oz of RMI-25 with distilled water, depending on cooling system capacity and engine horsepower.
Can I use RMI-25 with intercooling systems for superchargers?
Absolutely! RMI-25 works great, and will protect the whole intercooling system, and it will run cooler! It’s recommended starting with 8 fl oz of RMI-25 and possibly more with larger capacity cooling systems.
Does RMI-25 change my maintenance schedule with coolant?
Yes! Adding RMI-25 is like recycling or recharging the coolant without having to firstly drain it from the system and then refill the entire cooling system with expensive new coolant/antifreeze.
Is it OK to treat new coolant with RMI-25?
Yes! Remember, coolant has no cleaning action, and by using RMI-25, it gives you that extra edge, as well as all the other benefits that come with it.
I have a new vehicle. Is there any advantage to using RMI-25?
Yes! Adding RMI-25 to the cooling system of a new vehicle will provide greater protection against deposit buildup. It will also remove foundry rust and deposits, and promote much greater heat transfer from the metal engine components into the liquid coolant.
I don’t know how old my antifreeze is, what should I do?
In this situation, it is best to change it. Refill the cooling system with new antifreeze/coolant and add RMI-25 at the recommended rate. If antifreeze is not required, use distilled or de-mineralized water only and add RMI-25 at the correct rate.
Can I use RMI-25 with water only?
Yes! Be sure you only use distilled or mineral free water mixed with RMI-25 in your cooling system. Using normal water is a huge No-No, as regular water usually contains a lot of minerals that rapidly accelerate the corrosion process within the cooling system.
Does RMI-25 clean so well it can create leaks in the system?
Sometimes. This may happen if the cooling system has been seriously neglected and is on the edge of failure.
Is RMI-25 safe to handle?
Yes, RMI-25 is NON-TOXIC, NON-HAZARDOUS and BIODEGRADABLE. RMI-25 is safe to use with all metals, plastics, hoses, and seals. It is compatible with all types of antifreeze/coolant solutions and metal-based stop leaks.
What are other uses for RMI-25?
RMI-25 can be used in heating systems that use hot water.

How Much Do I Need
Choose the most appropriate FTC Decarbonizer size for your particular need. Various size options are available –
FTC Decarbonizer is added directly to the fuel tank (diesel or gasoline) at time of fill up.
It is recommended to use a ‘double dose’ for the first few tankfuls of fuel so that it can do a thorough job of oxidizing tough carbon deposits in combustion areas as quickly and effectively as possible – this includes piston rings, ring grooves, exhaust valves, turbochargers, piston crowns, and deglazing cylinder bores. The amount or the severity of the hard carbon deposits will determine how quickly the oxidizing process takes – if there is not much carbon build up, the results will be achieved sooner than if there is a large amount of carbon build up to be oxidized. Every engine is different in this respect. Thereafter, the single dose rate can be used to continue to clean further deposits and to keep the complete combustion area clean and working efficiently, particularly significantly reducing the production of engine-destroying soot. Continued use over time ensures maximum fuel efficiency and power, smooth engine operation, and less harmful emissions/exhaust smoke – all resulting in longer engine life and lower ongoing maintenance costs.
Large diesel engines: e.g. over 9.0 liter/550 cubic inch engine displacement
Add 16 fl oz per 100 gallons for the first few tankfuls of fuel (500 mL per 400 liters of fuel).
Thereafter, add 8 fl oz per 100 gallons of fuel (250 mL per 400 liters of fuel).
Small diesel & gasoline engines:
Add 1.6 fl oz per 10 gallons for the first few tankfuls of fuel (50ml per 40 liters of fuel).
Thereafter, add 0.8 fl oz per 10 gallons of fuel (25 mL per 40 liters of fuel).
As a rule of thumb, and depending on the engine’s fuel consumption rate, the following is usually helpful in determining which size is most suitable for your application –
- 16 fl oz of FTC Decarbonizer is usually enough to treat all small engines up to approximately 3.0 liter engine capacity (185 Cubic Inch) – passenger car, SUV, small tractor, or similar machines/boats, etc.
- 32 fl oz of FTC Decarbonizer is usually enough to treat all engines up to approximately 6.0 liter engine capacity (370 Cubic Inch) – small to mid-size trucks, RVs, large gasoline engines, tractors, or similar machines/boats, etc.
- 64 fl oz of FTC Decarbonizer is usually enough to treat all engines up to approximately 9.0 liter engine capacity (550 Cubic Inch) – medium trucks, RVs, tractors, or similar machines/boats, etc.
- 1 gallon & 2 gallons of FTC Decarbonizer is usually enough to treat all engines over 9.0 liter engine capacity (over 550 Cubic Inch) – large trucks, tractors, other machine/boats, etc.
(32 fl oz = 946 mL, 1 liter = 33.8 fl oz)
Choose the most appropriate Flushing Oil Concentrate size for your particular need. Various size options are available –
Flushing Oil Concentrate is added directly to the oil immediately prior to the oil change. It is not recommended to be added to the oil and run for extended periods of time. For the very best results, we recommend the following treatment rates –
Initial/Dirty Engine concentrated flush: add Flushing Oil Concentrate to the engine oil at 0.5 fl oz per quart of clean engine oil (12.5 mL per liter of engine oil).
- 8 fl oz of Flushing Oil Concentrate treats a maximum of 16 quarts (4 gallons/19 liters) of oil
- 16 fl oz of Flushing Oil Concentrate treats a maximum of 32 quarts (8 gallons/38 liters) of oil
- 32 fl oz of Flushing Oil Concentrate treats a maximum of 64 quarts (16 gallons/76 liters) of oil
- 64 fl oz of Flushing Oil Concentrate treats a maximum of 128 quarts (32 gallons/151 liters) of oil
- 1 Gallon of Flushing Oil Concentrate treats a maximum of 256 quarts (64 gallons/302 liters) of oil
Basically, the initial, hard-working, concentrated flush breaks down and suspends heavy, baked-on sludge – the sludge that causes piston oil-rings to block up and stick in the grooves, oil pumps to reduce pressure, and oil galleries to be restricted. It also dissolves the clumps of hardened sludge on the oil pan and other crankcase components. It assists in the breakdown of hard carbon on the piston skirts, lower compression ring and cylinder walls.
Continuing maintenance oil change flush (i.e. subsequent maintenance oil changes after the initial concentrated flush): add Flushing Oil Concentrate to the engine oil at 1/10th fl oz per quart of engine oil (2.5 mL per liter of engine oil).
Instructions:
INITIAL TREATMENT/DIRTY ENGINES
Bring engine to FULL operating temperature. Drain old oil and refill with new, clean oil (this can be inexpensive oil for this purpose). It is a good idea to replace the oil filter/s at this time, as possible heavy contamination of the existing filter may occur during the flushing process. Operate the engine to warm up the oil again, then add Flushing Oil Concentrate to engine oil at 0.5 fl oz per quart (12.5 mL per liter) of engine oil. Run the engine at a fast idle, stationary, for 45 minutes. For most small and medium size engines, this means 1500 – 2000 RPM. For larger sized engines (e.g. over 9.0 liter/550 cubic inch engine displacement), run at about 1200 RPM. After 45 minutes, stop the engine and drain the engine oil while the engine is still hot. Replace oil filter. Refill with quality engine oil.
Example:
- 5 quart/liter oil capacity = 2.5 fl oz (60 mL) Flushing Oil Concentrate
- 5 gallon (20 liter) oil capacity = 10 fl oz (250 mL) Flushing Oil Concentrate
- 10 gallon (40 liter) oil capacity = 20 fl oz (500 mL) Flushing Oil Concentrate
CONTINUING MAINTENANCE
Bring engine to FULL operating temperature. Add Flushing Oil Concentrate to existing engine oil at 0.1 fl oz per quart (2.5 mL per liter) of engine oil. Drive/operate normally for 30 – 60 minutes, then continue with normal oil change while the engine is still hot.
Example:
- 5 quart/liter oil capacity = 0.5 fl oz (12.5 mL) Flushing Oil Concentrate
- 5 gallon (20 liter) oil capacity = 2 fl oz (50 mL) Flushing Oil Concentrate
- 10 gallon (40 liter) oil capacity = 4 fl oz (100 mL) Flushing Oil Concentrate
Occasionally, for an engine with years or decades of sludge build up, a second follow up concentrated flush may be required soon after the initial flush (600 – 1200 miles, 1000 – 2000km). It is suggested to add Flushing Oil Concentrate to clean oil (as per instructions for the “Initial Treatment/Dirty Engines”), at a rate of 0.25 (1/4) fl oz Flushing Oil Concentrate per quart of engine oil (6.25 mL per liter of engine oil). Operate the engine normally for between 4 – 6 hours, then drain the oil while hot, replace oil filters, and fill with quality oil.

Choose the most appropriate Cleanpower size for your particular need. Various size options are available –
Cleanpower Super-concentrated Fuel Treatment is added directly to the fuel tank (diesel or gasoline) at time of fill up.
It is recommended to use a ‘double dose’ (1:4000) for the first few tankfuls of fuel, so that it can do a thorough job of removing tough deposits on injector tips quickly. After that, the single dose rate (1:8000) can be used to continue to clean further deposits, and to keep the complete fuel system clean, and the injectors delivering fuel as designed by the vehicle’s manufacturer. Continued use will ensure maximum fuel efficiency & power, smooth engine operation, and less harmful emissions/exhaust smoke – all resulting in longer engine life and lower ongoing maintenance costs.
Initial treatment rate: 1:4000
Large diesel engines: e.g. over 9.0 liter/550 cubic inch engine displacement
Add 3.2 fl oz per 100 gallons of fuel for the first few tankfuls of fuel (100 mL per 400 liters of fuel)
Thereafter (rate 1:8000): add 1.6 fl oz per 100 gallons of fuel (50 mL per 400 liters of fuel)
Small diesel & gasoline engines:
Add 0.3 fl oz per 10 gallons for the first few tankfuls of fuel (10 mL per 40 liters of fuel)
Thereafter (rate 1:8000): add 0.15 fl oz per 10 gallons of fuel (5 mL per 40 liters of fuel)
As a rule of thumb, and depending on the fuel consumption rate the engine achieves, the following is usually helpful in determining which size is most suitable for your application –
- 8 fl oz – can treat up to 500 gallons (1900 liters) of fuel. This is usually enough to treat cars, small to medium pickup trucks, small agricultural tractors & machinery, small boats, small generators, etc.

Choose the most appropriate AW10 Antiwear size for your particular need. Various size options are available -
AW10 Antiwear is added directly to the lubricating oil - engine, transmission (automatic or manual), differential, final drive and hydraulic oils.
Treatment rate:
- Engines: add at 2% of lubricating oil capacity
- Manual transmissions, differential, final drives: add at 5% of lubricating oil capacity
- Automatic transmissions & hydraulics: add at 1% of lubricating oil capacity
As a rule of thumb, and depending on the vehicle's oil capacities, the following is usually helpful in determining which size is most suitable for your application -
- 8 fl oz & 16 fl oz - Suitable quantities for cars & small to medium SUV's, small trucks, etc
- 32 fl oz & 64 fl oz - Suitable quantities for medium trucks, RV's, 4 Wheel-drives, etc
- 1 Gallon - Suitable quantity for large trucks & machinery, Fleet & workshops etc
Below is a chart that may be helpful to determine how much you need depending on your vehicle's oil capacity.

Unlike other cooling system treatments, it is impossible to put too much RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment in your radiator. Theoretically, you could run 100% RMI-25 in your radiator and the only difference would be quicker results. In practice though, most cooling systems usually require an antifreeze component sufficient to effectively reduce the freezing point of the coolant in cold climate areas.
Add RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment directly to the engine’s cooling system’s radiator.
It is recommended to add 8 fl oz of RMI-25 to a cooling system with a capacity up to 5 gallons/19 Liters.
For cooling systems above 5 gallons, it is recommended to use a minimum treatment of 2 fl oz per gallon of coolant capacity. When used with distilled water only, and no antifreeze, it is recommended to double this treatment rate, i.e. 4 fl oz per gallon.
Select the most appropriate size RMI-25 for your particular need. Identify your engine’s coolant capacity and choose from the various size options available –
- 8 fl oz – can treat up to 5 gallons (19 litres). This is usually enough to treat regular cars, small pickup trucks, small agricultural tractors and machinery, commercial generators, etc.
- 16 fl oz – can treat up to 8 gallons (30 liters). This is usually enough to treat medium to some larger pickup trucks, and similar sized agricultural and other off-road machines.
- 32 fl oz – can treat up to 16 gallons (60 liters). This is usually enough to treat medium to large trucks, RVs, medium agricultural tractors and machinery, excavators, dozers, large ‘inboard’ motorboats, etc.
- 64 fl oz – can treat up to 32 gallons (120 liters). This is usually enough to treat larger trucks, agricultural tractors and other similar large machinery, large commercial generators, or a combination of several different engines.
- 1 gallon – can treat up to 64 gallons (240 liters). This is usually enough to treat several large trucks and machinery, combinations of various vehicles, earthmovers, motorboats, truck or machinery fleets, etc.
Test the cooling system pH level every 15,000 miles (24,000 Km) or 300 hours, and if necessary, re-treat the cooling system with RMI-25. Correct pH is 8.2 – 10. Simply use pH Test Strips to test.
Engines requiring antifreeze in the cooling system should have the ‘freeze point’ of the cooling system fluid checked during regular maintenance schedules.

Which Value Pack Do I Need
,Choose the most appropriate size Engine Blow-by Pack for your particular need. 5 size choices are available – Mini, Mini Plus, Small, Medium or Large Pack
The Engine Blow-by Pack is our most popular Value Pack because of the positive results it achieves in effectively reducing engine blow-by and increasing engine efficiency and performance. The pack contains 2 very effective products -
- FTC Decarbonizer: a unique fuel catalyst - it enhances the combustion process of fuel (both gasoline and diesel), causing the fuel to burn much more completely (therefore much less soot formed), as well as oxidizing (burning off) all existing hard carbon within the combustion area, including piston crowns and ring grooves, cylinder walls (deglazes the cylinders), turbochargers etc.
- Flushing Oil Concentrate: has a remarkable effect on un-sticking piston rings, especially the oil-control ring. By removing hard, baked-on sludge and carbon from the oil-control ring, it can once again seal correctly against the cylinder wall, reducing engine blow-by and oil use.
The Engine Blow-by Pack is available in 5 different size combinations:
- 32 fl oz of FTC Decarbonizer
- 8 fl oz of Flushing Oil Concentrate
This pack is usually suitable for small to mid-size vehicles and machinery; cars and light trucks, tractors, small boats, stationary generators, etc. with engines up to approximately 6.0 liter engine capacity (370 cubic inch), and having up to 16 quarts (4 gallons/19 liters) oil capacity and achieving approximately 15MPG (15L/100km) or better.

Not sure which pack size to get? Choose the most appropriate size Overheating Value Pack for your particular need – Mini, Small, Medium or Large Pack.
The pack contains –
RMI-25 Cooling System Treatment – a very low-cost, extremely effective defense against cooling system failure in all engines. It is a total pour in/drive-away system which extends antifreeze effectiveness, increases water filter longevity, and has no disposal costs when used with water only.
AW10 Antiwear provides a massive strength increase to engine, transmission and hydraulic oils. In doing so, there is a huge reduction in frictional heat generation allowing components to remain much cooler.
The Flushing Oil Concentrate in this pack dissolves and suspends contaminants and sludge, allowing lubricating oil to flow more freely – dissipating heat and effectively resulting in cooler running temperatures and longer service life. Use at time of oil change.
This Value Pack is available in 4 different size combinations:
Mini Pack contains –
- 8 fl oz RMI-25
- 16 fl oz AW10 Antiwear
- 8 fl oz Flushing Oil Concentrate
This pack has been developed to suit most small to medium vehicles/machines having up to approximately 16 quarts (4 gallons/19 liters) of engine oil capacity, and larger capacity transmissions and multiple differentials. 8 fl oz of RMI-25 will treat up to 5 gallons cooling system capacity. Typical vehicles/machines include most passenger cars, 4-wheel drives, many small to medium size pick-up trucks, small agricultural tractors, Bobcats/skidsteers, and similar machines, etc.
- 8 fl oz RMI-25
- 32 fl oz AW10 Antiwear
- 8 fl oz Flushing Oil Concentrate
This Pack is cost effective and suitable for medium vehicles/engines with an engine oil capacity of up to 16 quarts (4 gallons/19 liters). With this Pack, these vehicles or machines can achieve numerous engine oil flushes with the Flushing Oil Concentrate (depending, of course, on engine oil capacity) and have enough AW10 Antiwear to treat the entire oil-lubricated parts of the vehicle – engine, transmission/transaxle, differentials, and transfer case if applicable. 8 fl oz of RMI-25 will treat up to 5 gallons cooling system capacity. Not only is this Pack particularly popular with many Off-Road, Four-Wheel Drive enthusiasts who often push their vehicles to the limits in extremely harsh conditions, but it is a ‘must-have‘ for operators of medium sized pick-up trucks that regularly tow large trailers and 5th wheels. These products really help keep temperatures under control in the engine, transmission (automatic or manual) and differentials, and ensure reliable performance under very heavy working conditions! Typical vehicles/machines include many medium-sized pick-up trucks, medium-sized agricultural machines, other off-road vehicles, and similar machines, etc.
- 16 fl oz RMI-25
- 32 fl oz AW10 Antiwear
- 16 fl oz Flushing Oil Concentrate
This Pack can adequately treat a wide variety of vehicles and machines. There is enough RMI-25 to treat a cooling system up to 8 gallons, and enough Flushing Oil Concentrate to adequately flush up to 32 quarts (8 gallons/38 liters) engine oil capacity, and enough AW10 Antiwear to treat a combination of engines, transmissions, differentials, final drives, and hydraulics on many heavy duty, hardworking vehicles and machines.
- 32 fl oz RMI-25
